What does “pre-order” mean for Lok Pins?
A pre-order reserves your place in the upcoming production run. Lok Pins are not shipping immediately and will be manufactured after the pre-order window closes and the minimum order quantity is met.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. Each design requires a minimum order quantity. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
What happens if the MOQ is not met?
If the minimum order quantity is not reached by the pre-order deadline, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
When will my order ship?
Production begins once the pre-order window closes and takes about 3 weeks once the MOQ is met.
Are the ship dates guaranteed?
No. All timelines are estimates and may change due to machining, finishing, or supplier delays. You will receive updates when production starts and when your order ships.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You may cancel for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Can I get a refund after production starts?
No. Once manufacturing begins, refunds are not available because items are being produced specifically for this batch.
What if there is a design change after I order?
Lok Pins are manufactured to finalized specifications. Minor adjustments may occur due to production requirements, but overall dimensions, fit, and function will remain consistent.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes are only possible before production begins and are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify quantities or finishes.
Will all pre-orders ship at the same time?
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Earlier pre-orders will ship first once production is complete.
What if my item arrives with a defect?
If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, contact us upon delivery. We will review and provide a replacement or resolution per our standard product policy.
